[ TEFLON - WHAT YOU SHOULD KNOW ]

TEFLON
INVENTOR
Dr.Roy J.Plunkett
PTFE or poly-tetra-fluoro-ethylene was discovered on April 6, 1938 by Dr. Roy Plunkett at the DuPont research laboratories (Jackson Laboratory in New Jersey). Plunkett was working with gases related to Freon® refrigerants when upon checking a frozen, compressed sample of tetrafluoroethylene, he and his associates discovered that the sample had polymerized spontaneously into a white, waxy solid to form polytetrafluoroethylene or PTFE.
We have Teflon Fiber in pure white and Black.
The yarn and fabric and the powder used in Coating has the Qualities.
01 ] Heat tolerent.
02 ] Stick resistent.
03 ] Excellent Lubricity.
04 ] Shock Proof.
05 ] Anti Corrosive.
06 ] Low Shrinkage.
07 ] Non polluting.
08 ] Long Lasting.
09 ] High tensile strength.
10 ] Shock proof.
11 ] Water proof.
The use of this wonder invention of Dr.Roy J.Plunkett in every industry in the world is quite amazing as it goes from "TechnicalTextiles" to textiles, plastic, food, packing, electronics abrasives, filtration, avionics, and it's use even in space research.
