[ Technical Textiles - tmt Multi end winder.]

ATi-M series offers a revolutionary concept of a winder with high multi-ends and large package volume. It is superbly and absolutely fine tuned so as to achieve the full satisfaction of the customer by responding to the diversified needs of the industry. This is a winder which has been perfected to the limit of engineering capability to date.

[ Technical Textiles - Spinning PA6/66]

Spinning beam for PA66.

Equipment of the sub-jacket in addition to the jacket permits heating the pump block (polymer conduit) and pack from 3 directions. Optimum and uniform polymer temperature can be maintained. Furthermore, the sub-jacket, the pump block (polymer conduit), and all components that come in contact with the melt can be dismantled, in consideration of cleaning maintenance for PA66 production.

Annealing zone for PA6

Newly developed and specially designed monomer suction device with super steam sealing, its feature is the uniform heating to the required temperature in the annealing zone, reducing the dipping and keeping the longer wiping cycle on spinnerets surface.

[ Technical Textiles - Microfilaments Spinning. 2.]

Bi-component Spinning by TMT's.

spinning system.

Supplying with two separate Heat-medium evaporator system, it is possible to set different and optimum temperature for each polymer, in the spin packs over the entire line as well as over the spinneret surface. By keeping the loss of viscosity of the polymer melt to a minimum, that leads to reduction of a yarn break and a broken filament.

Newly developed and specially designed monomer suction system, its feature is the uniform heating to the required temperature in the annealing zone, reducing the dipping and keeping the longer wiping cycle on spinnerets surface. The air flow is controlled perfectly in the yarn path area. And also important to the quenching system is the spin finish application, which is controlled by individual inverter.

[ Technical Textiles - Microfilaments Spinning.]

Normal Spinning by TMT's spinning system The temperature and pressure of polymer inside the spin pack and spinneret capillary are kept uniform to prevent breaking of yarn and generation of a broken filament. In addition, the temperature in the annealing zone is maintained to be uniform and optimum, that enables reduction of dripping and ensure yarn quality.

[ Technical Textiles - What is PET and PA.]

This is given with reference to Industrial Yarn. Some of the trade names of PET products are Dacron, Diolen, Terylene, and Trevira fibers,[1] Cleartuf, Eastman PET and Polyclear bottle resins, Hostaphan, Melinex, and Mylar films, and Arnite, Ertalyte, Impet, Rynite and Valox injection molding resins. The polyester Industry makes up about 18% of world polymer production and is third after polyethylene (PE) and polypropylene (PP).PET consists of polymerized units of the monomer dimethyl terephthalate or ethylene terephthalate, with repeating C10H8O4 units. It contains the chemical elements carbon, hydrogen, and oxygen. If fully burned, it produces only carbon dioxide (CO2) and water (H2O). PET is commonly recycled, and has the number "1" as its recycling symbol. SOURCE. Wikipedia
What is PA.
It is theoretically possible to produce many different types of PA polymers and all tend to be labeled carelessly under the heading of "Nylon". Given the multitude of variants and range of physical and chemical properties this is unwise. In this data file we will try to be specific with regard to the variant being referred to but sometimes the source information is not always clear. The largest volume sales are of the PA 6 and PA 6/6 variants. The other materials tend to be specialist polymers at specialist prices. In most cases the information refers to these materials. As a general family the PA group is rigid, translucent with good fatigue, creep and wear resistance. Chemical resistance varies with the variant but is generally good.
