The Governament of India has sanctioned thousands of crores to Textile Research Associations for testing of Technical Textile materials and further thousands of crores to it's controlled NTC textile mills to upgrade their machines but are ignorant of Technical Textiles.Again they are setting up textile mills called " Green Field Projects ".Where fabrics are made similar to those of Power Looms processed by private fabric processors.
Bullet proof Jackets are made in Thailand ( where there is no terror threats) which have the same specifications and very much cheaper than that of Bullet Proof Jackets made in USA.
WE HAVE LOST VERY BRAVE MEN ON 26/11/08 JUST FOR THE WANT OF A GOOD BULLET PROOF JACKET.THE MEN WHO IGNORED THE REPORT OF POOR SUB STANDARD QUALITY OF THESE JACKETS WHICH WAS A QUESTION OF LIFE AND DEATH MUST BE PUNISHED AND THEIR ASSETS CHECKED AS IT ALSO INVOLVES CORRUPTION.
