[ Technical Textiles Market, Global.]

India has a Global & National Market. The countries of many in this global supermarket are out to only one super objective or intent. We all know their purpose whatever the super plans may be. The technical textile technocrats of the country have a single super mind and that is India has to be a market to meet the Technical Textile markets affordable by any country and a trusted producer of technical textiles of all needs commercially for apparel and functional uses and applications.

The government of India has approved National Technical Mission which will complete it's term in 2023-2024. How much of the mission's agenda has been completed and if all the areas of mission's goal is completed needs to be updated by the mission.
Though a provision is made for developing skill in technical textiles there are no dedicated technical textile universities in India which can roll out diploma/degree/masters, students for serving in any technical textiles mills. Many mills whose production for example is towels of different weaves like turkey towels,Canvas cloth,Bandage Cloth and non woven production may be selling these products as technical cloth as Government of India has not set any STANDARDS for Technical Textiles by the BIS,as in the case of cotton cloths of export quality.

Setting up standards is super urgent so also a Research Center for Nano Technology applications in coated textile functional fabrics of all fibers.

Nanotechnology: The Future is Tiny introduces 176 different research projects from around the world that are exploring the different areas of nanotechnologies. Using interviews and descriptions of the projects, the collection of essays provides a unique commentary on the current status of the field. From flexible electronics that you can wear to nanomaterials used for cancer diagnostics and therapeutics, the book gives a new perspective on the current work into developing new nanotechnologies. Each chapter delves into a specific area of nanotechnology research including graphene, energy storage, electronics, 3D printing, nanomedicine, nanorobotics as well as environmental implications. Through the scientists' own words, the book gives a personal perspective on how nanotechnologies are created and developed, and an exclusive look at how today's research will create tomorrow's products and applications. This book will appeal to anyone who has an interest in the research and future of nanotechnology.

[ ISPO Munich 2021: Hybrid concept to reach wide international audience. ]

The world-leading trade fair ISPO Munich, will take place from January 31 to February 3, 2021, for the first time as a hybrid event that will be held both ‘in-person’ in Munich and online around the world. The new concept marks the event’s systematic transformation into a platform and applies the broad range of digital expertise that ISPO has gained over the past 10 years, organizers Messe München have announced.
With the threat of travel restrictions looming over the trade fair, the digital elements will create the ideal basis for integrating global target groups, the organisers says. While representatives from European markets are generally expected to attend the in-person event, the digital enhancements will enable an intercontinental audience to participate as well. Another new addition next year will be the digital integration of end consumers, it adds.
“Sports and outdoor activities – two areas that are closely related to the topic of health at the moment – have never been so socially relevant,” said Klaus Dittrich, the Chairman and CEO of Messe München. “This has created a growing desire in the industry for personal interaction. The urge to present and discuss new potential, partnerships and business models is greater than ever. The industry has been communicating this need to us, and we have come up with the concept to meet it.”
Personal interaction meets global participation options, new topics, expanded target groups: All of these things are reflected in particular in the large number of physical and digital attendance options devoted to the focus topics of creativity and digitization, health and sustainability. In addition to product presentations in the trade fair halls, the event will focus on networking, matchmaking, knowledge transfer and innovations.
Thanks to the Integrated hybrid system the visitors will be able to attend presentations, talks and workshops not only on site, but also from locations around the world. Brands, key players and top athletes will speak with an audience that extends well beyond the walls of the trade fair halls. ISPO Munich will also include two single-day conference formats: ISPO Digitize Summit (February 1, 2021) and the Sports Tech World Series Conference (February 2, 2021).
implementing the hybrid concept, the ISPO team has drawn on the digital expertise and reach that it has acquired over the past 10 years - they are based on the development of an eco-system with services that extend along the value chain and on the implementation of an entirely digital ISPO Re.Start Days in the summer of 2020.
Digital integration of consumers.
The first time end consumers will have an opportunity to experience something that was formerly reserved for the B2B audience: the chance to participate digitally and conduct a direct dialogue with the industry. With the help of presentations, workshops and master classes, the brands and companies will have an opportunity to make digital presentations to sports and outdoor fans around the world and speak directly to them.
The ISPO
SPO Open Innovation Community has already demonstrated the effectiveness of this concept: approximately 80,000 end consumers contribute their know-how to crowd- funding and market-research campaigns and provide companies with valuable insights about new products and ideas throughout the year.
Final interaction on the exhibition grounds in Munich will remain the provision of the B2B audience. Markus Hefter comments: “We are ready for ISPO Munich 2021 and are really looking forward to lots of new ideas. One thing is clear: even though many issues can be solved digitally, the desire to meet and interact in person has grown dramatically during the coronavirus pandemic. We are really happy about the strong support we have received from the industry and will provide our customers with a safe platform.”
Mazimum Safty and Flexibility.
A comprehensive safety and hygiene concept that Messe München worked out with the state government of Bavaria will be used during the on-site activities of ISPO Munich 2021. The safety of exhibitors and visitors will have the highest priority. Events began to be successfully held once again on the Munich exhibition grounds on September 1. The rule of thumb for international visitors is: trade fair participants may travel from all countries to Germany provided that certain conditions are met because they are considered to be business travelers on an important mission.
Exhibitors will have more flexibility as a result of the extension of deadlines and flexible cancellation terms. If needed, pre-built booths may be used in order to cost-effectively and efficiently participate in the trade fair.
If exhibitors or visitors have any questions about the safety and hygiene concept, they may contact the Messe München hotline by phone +49 89 949 11400 or e- mail at corona.support@messe-muenchen.de. The service hours are: Monday through Thursday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Friday from 9 a.m. to 4pm

[ Technical Textiles - Silk - India v/s China.]

Silk Weavers Seek Tax Sops For Growth.
TOI Surat 13th May 2009.
The news paper reports that the Federation of Indian Art Silk Weaving Industry(FIASWI)has demanded from Govt of India special perks for decentralized power loom industry. The Chairman of FIASWI has submitted the details of the list of demands to the Textile Commissioner and Textile Secretary. One of the demand is to reduce the customs duty on Polyester filament yarn from 5 per cent to 2 percent. The next demand is to abolish customs duty on Textile Machinery used in manufacture of Technical Textiles. There is a suggestion not a demand to reduce to nil the customs duty on imported Technical Textile yarn not made in India. This the chairman say's will give a competitive edge to Indian Manufacturers over the developed countries manufacturing Technical Textiles. The other demands are few more 'but not relevant according to me this blogger'.

These custom made compression
stockings & Garments
are made from pure cotton, multi stretch
scientifically designed & fabricated
to apply physiologically correct
pressure.In the case of Stockings
its purpose is to avoid swelling in
the patients legs and improve venous return.
Woven medical textiles are typically
used for products requiring extreme
stability;high durability over a
significant number of loading cycles;or to
precisely control porosity for air
or fluid to flow.
There are other forms of Medical textile
made from such types as Braided,Knitted
and Non Woven.
Compression Stocking for Varicose Veins.
Varicose Veins means unnaturally and
permanently distended veins. It is a disease
of circulatory system. The human body has
two kinds of Blood Vessels Arteries & veins.
Arteries carry oxygenated blood from heart
to body parts and veins carry de-oxygenated
blood back towards heart.Due to long
vertical gap between the heart and
the legs the veins have to carryblood
up a long vertical column.
For making the job easier the nature has
broken the vertical column in to small
sections by providing a number of
one way valvesin the veins.Due to
certain factors some times the
valves become inefficient, the walls of the
veins loose their elasticity and become
permanently distended.This condition is
known as:
Varicose Veins.
Graduated compression stockings helps in this case.
