Organized by Evonik Fibres, the 9th International Conference on High Temperature Filtration again turned out to be the top event for participants from around the globe. From September 24th to 26th 2008, a total of 86 experts from 5 continents, representing 18 nationalities, met to collect information around the main topic: “Coal, Biomass and Alternative Fuels”.
Plant manufactures, end users, manufacturers of filter media, representatives of universities and research laboratories, presented up to date technology as well as research projects. During a tight program totaling 12 presentations, a wide range of topics around coal, biomass and alternative fuels were covered.
Presentations from China, Australia, South Africa, Europe and North America showed that the topics are of worldwide interest. In time of global business and worldwide activities, the conference organized by Evonik Fibres was a successful platform for companies already engaged in business around the globe or for those planning to do so in the future.
